In observance of the Holy Week period in the Philippines, and as part of our ongoing commitment to enhance system performance, security, and reliability, we will be conducting a scheduled maintenance activity within the following window:

Maintenance Schedule:
Start: April 1, 2026 – 7:00 PM (PHT)
End: April 6, 2026 – 2:00 AM (PHT)

During this maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• Client Area (portal access)
• Main website (zoom.ph)
• Online store and ordering system
• Ticketing and support system within the client portal

As a result, clients will not be able to place new orders or submit tickets through the usual channels during the maintenance window.

All email inquiries will be reviewed and addressed within 24 hours.

Service Assurance

Please be advised that this maintenance activity does not affect or disrupt your existing hosting services and email operations. All active services will remain operational and accessible throughout the maintenance period.
