Important Announcement: Viber Chat Support Policy Update

Dear Valued Customers,
To improve our support process and ensure that all concerns are properly documented and tracked, we will no longer accept technical concerns or issue reports via Viber group chats. This change is to help maintain accurate records, proper references, and accountability for all reported issues.
Effective Immediately, Viber chat will no longer be used for technical support.
All technical concerns must be reported by opening a support ticket through one of the following methods:
Email: support.dept@zoom.ph
Client Area: Log in at https://www.zoom.ph/login
Viber chat will only be used for general inquiries and ticket follow-ups.
✅ "Following up on ticket #12345"
❌ "Website/server is down" (Please file a ticket instead)
There will be no more active Viber group chats for support.
