  1. Stay login to webmail using the RoundCube.
  2. Go to Settings >> Under Preferences, select Special Folders from the left side menu >> Click on the Save button without making any changes. 
  3. Try to delete an email now. 
    Note: If the issue still exists, please repeat the step number 2 but this time, check the Show real names for special folders checkbox and click Save. Once done, please try to delete an email again.
