Note: Your password for cPanel must be the default one which we provide after the payment has been settled, request to reset to default password or, change the password under client area in ZOOM.
How to reset my cPanel password?
- Login to the Client Area.
- Select the Services Tab > My Services.
- Click View Details, the hosting account you wish to login to cPanel.
- Scroll down until you saw the Login to cPanel button below "Disk Space Usage" and "Bandwith Usage" and click it to redirect to your cPanel page.
