1. Open your Webplus application.
2. Go to File and click Backup Site to Web…
3. Click change.
4. Click manage.
5. Click add.
6. Configure your setting by adding below:
Account name - Your email account.
FTP Address - Your domain.
Port Number - 21 deafault.
Folder - Directory of your folder you want to save.
Username - Your username.
Password - Your password.
7. Click Update Account to put into publishing option you created account.
8. Click ok.

You can now backup into your web.
