BACKUP
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Search for SiteHaven tool/icon and open it.
- Select the domain you want to backup in order to open the SiteHaven website builder.
- Hover your mouse pointer to Publish tool and it will show the other options which are Save Draft and Backup/Restore.
- Click the Backup/Restore and it will open a mini panel and the Backup tab is selected by default.
- Click the Download Backup button and it will begin the download and will serve as your backup.
RESTORE
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Search for SiteHaven tool/icon and open it.
- Select the domain you want to backup in order to open the SiteHaven website builder.
- Hover your mouse pointer to Publish tool and it will show the other options which are Save Draft and Backup/Restore.
- Click the Backup/Restore and it will open a mini panel and open the Restore tab.
- Click the Browse button, locate your downloaded backup and open it.
- Click the Restore button to begin the restoration.
- After restoration, it will automatically refresh and will show the content of the backup you've restored.
